Michele A. Urbonas, 72, passed away at the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center in Rochester, NY.
Michele is survived by her partner, Maria Visconti, her sons, Christian (Jeanne) Plouffe, Matthew (Laurie Scahill) Plouffe, her daughter, Brie Urbonas, brothers, Keith (Tracy) Urbonas and Kendell (Josie Viccaro) Urbonas. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Michele is predeceased by her parents, Stephen and Geraldine Urbonas as well as her sisters, Andrea Eisenschmid and Geralyn Verstraten.
Michele graduated from the Isabella Graham Hart School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse and went on to work in various nursing homes including Arbor Hill and Latta Road Nursing Home.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital where Michele had donated for over twenty years.
Anyone wishing to celebrate Michele’s life can join the family on May 21, 2023 at 2pm at the Barnard Exempts, 360 Maiden Lane, Rochester, NY .

On April 19th, my long-time friend got her wings. She may be gone, but she will forever be in our hearts—my condolences to Maria Visconte, Kendall, Keith, Brie, Brookelyn Urbonas, and Chris & Matt Plouffe. I will miss her humor and her opinions, yes I did say opinions 🙂 Michele was always there when you needed someone to talk to no matter what time of day it was. Her kindness was apparent in everything she did. May she rest in peace and watch over you all.
