ROCHESTER, NY – On the early morning of April 12, 2022, at the age of 50, we said goodbye to Michelle Ann Malave. A devoted mother, grandmother, partner, and friend, she is survived by her loving partner of nearly 16 years, Quentin Riddle, daughter Elizabeth (Rafael) Delgado, son Luca Riddle, and granddaughter Gabriella Delgado.
Michelle was born on January 22, 1972, in Rochester, NY to her father Juan Malavé, and mother Yolanda Bautista who predeceased her. She worked as a medical claims adjuster for MVP Health Care for 15 years up until the time of her sudden illness.
Michelle had an artistic spirit, she enjoyed restoring and painting furniture and interior decoration. She also loved going antique shopping and had an extensive porcelain collection. Those who knew her best would say she was a great conversationalist. Most importantly, she loved spending time at home with her family and will be remembered by them for having a kind, compassionate, and generous soul.
Michelle’s wish was to be cremated and her memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 19th at Rochester Cremation Event Center, 1118 Long Pond Rd Rochester (Greece) NY 14626.

My condolences to Elizabeth and Lucas her children, I knew Michelle since we were elementary school, Iam 2 years older her.When her brings her to play with me, my sister, and my cousins when we were kids.I remember one time we play with water that was turned on by one the neighbors ,we played for hours.Fire truck turns off the fire hydrant and when firemen goes away then it was turned back agy for us to play.We had alot fun that day .I always wondered how she was doing.Also I heard her mom passed February last year, I am so stunned . Yolandaher mom was also very nice person when I visited her and my family she let me stay in her home for three nights.My condolences for Michaelle and her mom Yolanda.I miss them both.Sending prayers for her family.

A Year has passed since you have left this earth and i still miss you. I am now in 6th Grade and i write music and play guitar like you wanted. I wish you could be here and see it too.
