Neil A. Palumbo - Rochester, NY - Rochester Cremation

Neil A. Palumbo of Rochester, NY passed from this life on January 17, 2021 at the age 65, after many years of illness.

Neil is predeceased by his parents,  Angelo and Beatrice (Jory) Palumbo, his sisters Jill Paolone and Jean Marie Palumbo, as well as his father-in-law John “Jack” Cooper and mother-in-law Jeanne (Travers) Cooper.

His wife of almost 37 years, Tammy (Cooper) Palumbo, was always by his side throughout his life and his illness. He is also survived by his brother Paul Palumbo, sister- and brother-in-law Theresa (Cooper) and Mark Merletti, brother-in-law Jack Cooper, his niece Dana Paolone, and nephews Nicholas Paolone, Andreas Merletti, and Dillon Cooper, as well as other loving family members and friends.  Thank you all for your love and support.

Neil loved anything to do with computers and electronics.  He first worked at Kodak, Harris Corporation, Wegman’s and later ran his own computer business for years until he retired in 2014.  He loved nature and camping trips with his wife, Tammy, were special times. As an amputee, he volunteered as a peer visitor to help other amputees.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

    Neil had so much pain in his earthly life and has shed all pain to be wrapped in the arms of our Lord. God needed him back. Neil will be watching over you and waiting for you to join him
