Rochester, NY: Norah Catherine Milligan passed away on September 5, 2020 at the age of 82.
Survived by Jack Milligan, her loving and devoted husband of nearly 60 years.
Survived by her daughters Jan Milligan, Julie (Rick) Laskey and Jackie (Adam) Cortina.
Survived by her granddaughters Candice, Jessica, Elizabeth and Kathleen, and her great grandson Aiden. She also leaves behind family and friends in the UK.
No public services will be held.
