Hamlin, NY: Passed away on January 7, 2023. Predeceased by her son Paul, step-father David Yeaw, step-mother Judy Funk. Patti is survived by a daughter Ashley Gilmore, son Patrick Bomyea, mother Ann Yeaw, father Charles Funk, sister Susan Clayton, brothers Todd and Bob Funk, niece Andrea Cash and many cousins plus a dear and loyal friend Brenda Spinks.
Her life was dedicated to be the greatest hockey mom to her 3 children.
All are invited to a funeral mass at the Chuch of the Natvity B.V.M in Brockport on February 25, 2023 at noon. Reception to follow.
