Rochester, NY: Loved by so many, passed away peacefully after her battle with cancer on July 9, 2017. Predeceased by her parents Jack and Cora (Hall) Vickers and her very special “Bud” Jerry Caramante. Survived by her children Jodi (Wood) and son in law Michael Tunison and Jeffrey Wood. Grandchildren Cameron, Connor, Cora, Summer, and Hannah. Sisters Jackie (Moretti) and Cheryl (Newland). Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.
The family will host a Celebration of her life for all on July 27, 2017 at 6:30 pm at the Brook House, 920 ElmRidge Center dr. Rochester, NY 14626. Donations may be directed in her honor
to Make A Wish, 4600 Main St. Suite 101, Snyder, NY 14226

I remember meeting Patti for the first time, for a lunch with a gathering of good friends and her sisters Cheryl and Jackie. I sat next to her and she was the most gracious, considerate person every. With just the introduction to her, she showed her wonderful personality to me. She made you feel like you were the most special person on earth. Someone I’ll always remember.

I remember Patty mostly from over the phone as a co-worker. I still hear her calm voice and how she made everything work out well. Always kind and pleasant. She left too soon.

One of the most beautiful people I ever had the privelege of calling my friend. In 30 seconds we could pick up where we left off no matter how long it had been since we’d last seen each other. I know where she is now and am thankful she had a loving family to spoil her and care for her this past year. Most especially her treasured Jody. Patty will be in my heart forever. May God Bless her family during this time of great loss.
