Rochester, NY: Phyllis Collins-Everett July 26, 1956 – June 19, 2020
Phyllis was born to Dorothy and Charles Collins on July 26, 1956. She was one of ten children growing up in Newark, NJ.
Phyllis loved to sing, dance and reminisce. She always had a funny story to tell and always had wise words of advice for anyone seeking her guidance. Phyllis worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and was very much loved by the people and families she cared for.
Phyllis was pre-deceased be her daughter, Rechaba; her father, Charles; her brother, Eric; and by her sister, Jacqueline. Having departed this earth on Friday, June 19, 2020, Phyllis leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Dorothy, sons: D’Andre & Emmanuel, daughters: Miesha, Rafiquikka & Shakeerah, and a God son, Charles. Siblings: Derrick, Charles, Eddie Ray, Steven, Byron, Bryan, Sontig and, Jeanette. Phyllis also had 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren that loved her very much, and she loved them dearly.
Phyllis also leaves behind, with love, a great host of “in-loves”, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
