Richard (Dick) Blodgett - Spencerport, NY - Rochester Cremation

Spencerport, NY: November 6, 2021 at age 81.

Richard is predeceased by his parents John and Margaret Blodgett and his sisters Phyllis Quayle and Dixie Driscoll. He is survived by his children Debbie Blodgett (Jeff), Rick Blodgett (Elly), Tracy Crooks (Frank), Brian Blodgett (Rachel); his siblings John Blodgett Jr., James Hogan, George Hogan, Peter Hogan, Peggy Wurzer, Linda Presti, Karen Miller; 7 Grandchildren, 3  Great Grandchildren; many nieces and nephews as well as other loving family and friends.

He retired from Eastman Kodak Company and served in the Air Force stationed in Puerto Rico. Richard enjoyed his children. He enjoyed spending time with his siblings, aunts, uncles and Kodak friends.

The family would like to say thank you for all the support you have given to him.

Calling hours are from 11-1pm with his service from 1-2pm on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Rochester Cremation, 1118 Long Pond Rd,  Rochester, NY 14626.

    To Tracy, Debbie, Rick , Brian and the rest of Dick’s family. I don’t need to tell you what a great person your dad was . He had a heart of gold and was always there to help. I no that he will always be watching over all of you. So sorry for your loss Hugs and kisses Sharon

    I am so sorry for your loss, not just yours but ours as his neighbors. He was always helpful to us. My family enjoyed conversations with him and his input in trouble shooting things not working. We will miss seeing him feed his birds. Our condolences to you all.
