Holley, NY: Richard J Cross, born on July 18, 1953 in Rochester, New York, passed away at age 66 on July 25, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. Rick was preceded in death by his parents and younger brother, Gerald Banks. He is survived by his brothers, Robert (Kimberly) Banks and William Banks; sisters, Frances Parks and Helen Banks; niece, Melissa (Alan) Snyder; and nephews, Frederick (Becky) Banks, Matthew (Emily) Banks, and Timothy Banks; and six six grand nieces and nephews. Rick was an avid motorcyclist and a proud veteran of the United States Army. The family extends deepest appreciation to the staff of the Wilmot Cancer Center and Visiting Nurse Hospice for their compassionate care.
The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
