I am so sorry to learn of Richard moving on. I worked as one of his residential assistants back in 2016 and may I just say I have forgotten most of the residents but I can’t forget Dick Orgass. He made every day of working for terrible managers worth it. I can just tell that in his prime he was a beautiful soul, so loving, so kind. May he rest peacefully.
