Richard (Rick) Taylor passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on June 8th in Rochester, New York.
Richard was predeceased by his parents Ralph and Doris Taylor, siblings Bruce, Charles, Timothy and David Taylor.
He is survived by his longtime partner Cheryl Morganti and his children Stephen (Mila) Taylor, Philip (Jill) Taylor, and Sharon (Joseph) Piepho. Grandchildren Patrick, Sean, Emily, Liam and Zenith. He is also survived by siblings Harold (Shirley) Taylor, Jeanette Childs, Larry (Mary) Taylor, and Karen (James) Haynes.
Richard was born and raised in Black River, New York. He served in the U.S. Army and was a longtime employee of Niagara Mohawk (National Grid). He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed canoeing, skiing, and hiking.
His family would like to thank the staff of Crimson Ridge Gardens for his end of life care.
