I met Bob over 20 years ago while working for H&R Block. Back then, he scared me with his gruff and grouchy manner. Getting to know him over the years has been such a joy for me. When we would comes to the office and there would be a new delivery of Fritos snacks, everyone would be claiming their favorite, or on long Saturdays, when he would send out for pizza at lunch. And Bob had some of the most loyal clients, every year they would call and say, “Nora, when is Bob available for me this year?” God bless you, Bob, you will be missed. Prayers and love to Wendy and your family.

Bob was a good friend and golf partner for many years. Bob was an honest man and always let you know what was on his mind. He was a fixture at Chili Country Club for decades. We miss Bob’s constant presence at the golf course and it won’t be the same without him. Prayers to the family for a man lost way to soon!

I first met bob when he was sent to stutson street star market as store mgr, he sold me his old golf clubs and got me started in this fun , frustrating, and sometimes expensive sport. To this day I have told the story of how I acquired my first set of clubs and the guy who pushed me to start playing . He was a hard guy to get to know but through his sarcasm and quick wit he was genuinely a thoughtful and caring person. Without a doubt he was a family man and a true people person . I know he will be greatly missed by his family and all his friends, myself included. My sincerest condolences to Wendy and family . Rest in peace Bob
