Rochester, NY:November 7, 2016. At age 66, Robert T. Norton passed away surrounded by family after a brief battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Catherine (Curry) Norton; two daughters Rachel Norton (Juan Heyl) and Sarah Norton; his mother Ruth Norton; his sisters-in-law Jane Norton, Janet Curry, Sarah (Walter) Jacobe, and brother-in-law William (Lisa) Curry; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Paul E. Norton and his brother Todd E. Norton.
Bob was an employee of Heritage Christian Services. An active member of Third Presbyterian Church, he especially enjoyed being a member of its Chancel Choir.
A Memorial Service will be held at Third Presbyterian Church, 4 Meigs St., Rochester, NY, on Saturday, November 12th at 11:00 am, and the family will receive visitors immediately following the service.
