East Irondequoit, NY: Robert P. Gilmore passed away peacefully May 25, 2019 from complications of liver disease at Advent House hospice Fairport, New York. He was 65 years old. During his time in hospice he was comforted by many friends and family.
Robert is survived by his husband of 17 years John P. Stout, his mother Dorothy (Dottie) Gilmore (Willette), his brothers John, Michael (spouse Barbara), James (spouse Dawn) and Richard (spouse Fay) and his sisters Donna Gilmore Castle (spouse Dale) and Jeanine. Surviving also are numerous nieces and nephews.
Robert will always be remembered for his acute interest in the weather, his skill in playing pool and his
love of fireworks.
Services and a reception TBD will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 1450 Ridge Road, Webster, New
York with internment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (South 28, Tier 4) afterwords. In lieu of flowers donations to Advent House and Trillium Heath in Robert’s name are appreciated.

Brother Robert , Uncle Bob , Charlie ; Miss you already. As Dad would say ” Don’t make a meal out of it ” . He traveled a lot and enjoyed meals in every State in the Union. It was a tough fight you put up , Bobby , so I guess it’s my turn to keep fighting.
