Ontario NY: November 21, 2016 at age 53, Pre-deceased by his father, William M. Moon; father-in-law, Dave E. Byington. Beloved husband of Dawn, loving father to Jason and Tonya (Ricky) Moon. Loving brother to Richard (Debra & children), Kathleen and Rodney Moon; brother-in-law to Dave Byington. Uncle to Keith, Jessica, James, Brandon, Tyler and Josip Moon. Uncle to a great-nephew and great-niece. His kindness, unselfishness and sense of humor will be greatly missed.
His family will celebrate his life Friday, December 2, 2016 11 A.M. at Cross Creek Community Church, 3700 R. 31, Palmyra, NY 14522.

Roger’s passing came way too soon!! I cannot express how saddened I am. My condolences and love and prayers go out to all of the Moon family as they morn his untimely loss. RIP Cousin!!
I was so saddened to hear the news. My thoughts and prayers to all of the Moon Family. He really was the one who could always make me smile even when I wasn’t feeling the best. I will miss his sense of humor and smile.

A kind and loving man with a big heart! So good to his family and friends ! Just thankful he was a friend and had him in our life!! He was a neighbor at camp and a friend who we will never forget! We will miss his laughter and his friendly personality and his smile! So sorry to his entire family who have lost a big gift that he was to all of them and to us!!
