Rose Marie Costa was born on October 4th, 1927, in Washington, DC to Emma and August D. Costa. She moved to Rochester in 1945 and later married Malcolm Campbell on July 3rd, 1947. They had 5 children, Malcolm, Cynthia, Dale, Peggy, and Gale.
Rose began studying the Bible along with her husband in 1957 and both he and Rose got baptized together that same year. At that point they continued to grow spiritually, educating their children in the way of Jehovah. Rose for a time pioneered, setting a fine example for the children and helping others to dedicate their lives to Jehovah. We will truly miss her kindness.
She is predeceased by her loving husband, Malcolm and her grandson, Chistopher Campbell. She is survived by her sister, Cynthia Rollins and sister-in-law, Anna Robinson, her children, Malcolm (Terry) Campbell, Cynthia Malave, Dale (Curtis) Williams, Peggy (Stanley) Tucker, Gale (Sylvester) Bradley, grandchildren Regina (Devero), Alisa, Marc, Melinda, Amaralis, Carla (Dijon), Tanya (Wayne), Darrien, Craig (Rosa), Dawn, Eion, Micah (Victoria) Kyle (Romania), Bryant (Brieanna), Cory (Rochelle), and Isaac, 56 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many, many loving brothers and sisters that have been supportive to Rose.
The family would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you that have come to visit and called. You have shown our mother so much love over the years. We will truly miss her.
May we all use Rose as a fine example of strength and mightiness and stay on Jehovah’s side as she did, so we can greet her again soon.
