Chili, NY:  February 9, 1998 – March 11, 2020. Beloved son, brother and friend Sammy Tougas passed suddenly at age 22. He leaves behind parents Scott Tougas Sr. (Kristen Hunt-Kruger) and Darlene Licata- Tougas (Luis Perez); and siblings Scott Tougas Jr. and Sydney Tougas.

Sammy was predeceased by grandparents Wayne and Susan Tougas and Cheryl Goodfriend-LaRocca. He is survived by grandparents Eddie LaRocca, Leonard (Christine) Licata and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his
family at 75 Meadow Farm S., North Chili, NY 14514.
