Clifton Springs NY: January 7, 2016. Perhaps you sent a prayer or gave Scott a smile. He loved his daughters. He enjoyed good times with friends, he appreciated the outdoors and the farmland. He was a hard worker. He liked to help people. Scott was a loyal father, son, brother and friend. He is now at peace. He is survived by his daughter, Sage, step-daughter Amara (and the girl’s mother), brothers Jim (Miranda), Chad (Jaqueline), nephews and friends, parents Rex and Priscilla.
Private services will be held by the family.
Donations may be made to your favorite charity, organization or a food cupboard.”
Very sorry for your loss. I worked with Scott at the cable company. He was always hard at work and wiling to help anyone. He will be missed.
I am sorry for your loss.I worked with Scott when he was working for Cornell’s waste management program. He was always a pleasure to work with.
Very sorry for your loss. Scott worked with me on dairy-related projects at Ohio State University. I enjoyed working with him and getting to know him. He worked well with producers and was conscientious about getting things done.
I was shocked and saddened to learn of Scott’s passing. I got to know Scott as a brother at Cornell. He had a jovial, carefree, and uncrushable spirit. We went through a lot together during our freshman year (really all of our years). I last saw him in 2007, and he hadn’t changed a bit. :o) It is hard to believe he is gone from this earth and has “wrapped the drapery of his couch about him and lied down to pleasant dreams.” I have and shall continue to miss you, my brother.
I am terribly sorry to learn of your loss. I was a former colleague of Scott’s at Cortland Cable, and although I knew him for a relatively short time, I found him to be bright, tireless, and generous in his abilities and desire to help others. I was recently informed by another colleague of his demise, and it was as if the world suddenly opened up. Hopefully he will have found peace; he will be missed.
