Rochester, NY:  Past peacefully on March 3, 2020.

Predeceased by parents Spencer Brooks & Clennie Goins-Tate, and granddaughter Bryanna White.
Survived by wife of 17 years Hope McGinnis. Sisters Charlene Brooks, and Brenda Yearly. 10 children. Several grand and great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews. Originally from Tazewell, TN.

A small memorial will be held at a later date in Tennessee at the convenience of his sisters.
