Rochester NY: September 4, 2016 at age 56. Stefanie is predeceased by her father, Andrew Pharmakis & brother, Mark Pharmakis. She is survived by her mother, Edith Pharmakis; sisters, Christine Pharmakis and Pamela Pharmakis; many loving friends. In her spare time, Stefanie enjoyed reading, music, dancing, classic movies and rummage sales. She also was a volunteer for her church.
Her Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 10th, 11 A.M.-12 Noon at Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 2415 Chili Avenue, Rochester NY 14624. A gathering with family and friends will follow the service from 12 Noon-2 P.M.
