Rochester, NY: July 16, 2020 at age 58. Stephen Jones is predeceased by his mother Dorothy Mae Stenson. He is survived by his devoted wife Shawnell Jones, 12 children, 7 siblings, 6 grandchildren and other loving family and friends.

He volunteered at numerous recreational centers including The Boys and Girls Club and #12 School. He worked in landscaping for a number of years before becoming a full-time basketball coach. He enjoyed caring for his dogs, painting, traveling, fishing, gardening, biking and especially took pride in cooking healthy meals for friends and family.

Thanks to Dr. Sue and Staff for their compassionate care. Stephen was blessed with many special and very close friends. The family would like to say thank you to those who supported him before and after his sudden passing.

Stephen’s Memorial will be held on Friday, July 24 at 6pm at Powerhouse Kingdom Cathedral Church of God In Christ, 48 Clifton Street Rochester, New York 14608. Flowers, donations and condolences may be offered at Powerhouse’s location as well. MASKS REQUIRED PLEASE.
