Rochester, NY:  Passed away on Friday September 30, 2016 at Strong Memorial Hospital at age 65.  Susan was born on February 24, 1951 in Rochester, NY to Arthur and Edith Winter. Susan was the oldest child born to Arthur and Edith and then came Jill in 1951, Jack  in 1956, and Jeff in 1958. Susan grew up and went to school to then graduate high school in June of 1969. Then on June 30, 1973 Susan was married in Rochester, NY to Joseph Polizzi. Susan and Joseph  then went on to have two children Matthew J. Polizzi in 1976 and Michele L. Polizzi in 1978. Susan worked out of the home at St. Mary’s as a nurse’s aid for many years until they closed and she worked in manufacturing until she retired. Susan liked to read, collect tea cups, and do word  search puzzles. Susan is survived by  her husband of forty- three years Joseph Polizzi, her children Matthew Polizzi, and Michele Polizzi, her grand children Cody Smith, Alayna Smith, Anthony J. Musacchia, Natalia Musacchia, Isabella Polizzi, and Ethan Polizzi and by her siblings Jill Vento, Jack Winter, and Jeff Winter Susan was predeceased by her father Arthur Winter in 1988, and her mother Edith in 2008.

Her Memorial Service is to be held on Wednesday October 5, 2016  at 4 in the afternoon at the First Bible Baptist Church at 990 Manitou Road in Hilton, NY by pastor Metzger with a small reception to follow the memorial service at the same location.

    Hi mom we miss u so much. Your grandson Aj and I just had our birthdays!! I took my kids to chuckie cheese in Greece for it yes finally I know. Dad is OK and Matt I see here and there!! Wish u were here. Love u forever.

    Hi Mom it’s Michele today is your 2yr anniversary of the day we loss u. We all miss you so much. I’m trying very hard to hold everything together. It hasn’t been easy on me. Mom I’m trying my best to take care of dad and my kids. I wish so much u we’re here i love and miss you so very much. Love you Mom always and forever.
