Rochester NY: December 28, 2019. Thomas A. Butzbach, age 60 of Sagamore Drive, passed away after a courageous battle of brain cancer that he fought with humor and dignity.
Tom loved & adored his “girls” Terri, Sara and Courtney so very much. He had a passion for camping in the 1000 Islands, fishing and golfing. But his most favorite past time was playing the air guitar. He was so grateful for the excellent care of Dr. Andrea Wasilewski, MD at the U of R Wilmont Cancer Center.
He was born 2/15/1959 in Chicago, Illinois, and is predeceased by his father, Thomas L. Butzbach.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of over 18 years, Terri Nadelen Butzbach; his daughters, Sara Butzbach and Courtney Butzbach (Shawn Mascho); mother, Renate Barke Butzbach; brother, Timothy (Tina) Butzbach of Houston; sister, Debra (John) Hochmuth of Varysburg; along with several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Tom’s Celebration of Life will be held on his 61st Birthday at Hope Lutheran Church in Greece on February 15, 2020 at 11AM. In lieu of flowers please make donation Hope Lutheran Church.
