V. Ann Dibble

Pittsford NY:  V. Ann Dibble, 89, formerly of Jamestown, NY, died Saturday, December 3, 2016. She was born June 17, 1927 in Westfield, NY, the daughter of Reuben and Vera Peck Morgenstern. Ann graduated from Westfield High School in 1945 and attended Ohio State University.
Ann was a member of First Presbyterian Church and the YWCA, and a Board Member of Ya-Wa-Ca Day Camp. She volunteered at the Presbyterian Home Ecumenical Campus, Jamestown General Hospital, and First Presbyterian Church.
Ann is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Paul A. Dibble, whom she married on June 21, 1947 in Westfield, NY; three daughters, Wendy Miller of Erie, PA, Betsy (Michael) Cheney of Irondequoit, NY, and Paula (Dale) McIntyre of Honeoye Falls, NY; seven grandchildren, Kelly Burkett (David) of Berkeley, CA, John Heekin of Tallahassee, FL, Gregory Tschorke of Rochester, NY, Andrew Tschorke (AlexaRae) of Churchville, NY, Shane (Devon) McIntyre of Madison, WI, Case (Michelle) McIntyre of Niskayuna, NY, and Trey McIntyre of Honeoye Falls, NY; three great-grandchildren, Deven and Rynn Burkett of Berkeley, CA, and Madison McIntyre of Niskayuna, NY.
She was predeceased by her parents, and brother, Dr. Robert P. Morgenstern.
A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016, 1:00 p.m., at First Presbyterian Church in Jamestown, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be designated to support the music and youth ministries at First Presbyterian Church, 509 Prendergast Avenue, Jamestown, NY, 14701.

    This is almost embarrassing I have attempted to write you a note and it keeps disappearing so hopefully you are not inundated with half finished notes.
    I am sorry to read of Mrs. Dibble’s passing. Your family was a big part of my childhood. I have special memories of time spent at your house. I hope the memories of she has left you with help your families get through this difficult time. Give your Dad a hug from me. Betsy, Wendy and Paula and your families I am sorry for your loss. She was a beautiful person.
