June 1, 2023, passed away peacefully at age 93. Sandy is predeceased by the love of her life, husband Noel Carpenter. She is survived by son Wayne (Becky) Hibbard, grandchildren Rachel (Billy) Ryan, Steven Hibbard, Allison Hibbard (Nick Wahlers) and great-grandson Jayden Ortiz.
She retired from Eastman Kodak Company after 28 years and was a longtime volunteer at Edna Tina Wilson Living Center. She was an avid golf fan and cat lover.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeview Community Church, 30 Long Pond Rd. Rochester, NY 14612
