Rochester, New York- December 4th, 2021, Bill passed away peacefully at the age of 78. Bill is predeceased by his son, Kevin, parents, Helen and William and brother, Tim. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Mary Pat Enright Bell, daughter, Carolyn Keady (Tom), Son, Timothy, daughter, Christine Wallace, grandchildren, Megan and Leah Wallace and many other loving family and friends.
He retired at the age of 54 and was able to enjoy his days working in his garden, taking trips with his family, watching football, barbecuing on his grill and spending time with his granddaughters.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the American Heart Association.
