Rochester, NY – Passed peacefully at home, on January 2, 2024 at the age of 81. Bill is predeceased by his mother, Nancy Koehler; father, Jacob Koehler; brothers, Jacob ‘Butch’ Koehler and John Koehler; mother-in-law, Louise Godette; father-in-law, Charles Godette; sister-in-law, Wilma Zarpentine; brother-in-law, Dale Zarpentine; Grandpup Camo; best friend Freddy ‘Butch’ Garnier.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Judy Koehler, daughter Kathy Koehler; son William Koehler II; daughter Beckey Wallace; son-in-law Lee Wallace; grandchildren  Zakery Mussaw (Jasmyn) and Zabryna Mussaw; Courtney Seo (Jin); Carleigh Wallace; great-grandchildren Katylin and Olivia Mussaw; Louie Seo; many nieces, nephews, and close friends. Bill is also survived by his precious baby, Wilbur(cat).
Bill always enjoyed working on projects, especially his Broncos. Bill was always there for anyone whenever they needed him. He was a jack of all trades and a master of none. He was a wonderful husband to Judy and an even greater father to his children and all of their friends through the years. He truly found joy in doing for others.
Bill worked 54 years at Insley-McEntee, where he made many lifelong friends.
He will be sadly missed by all that knew him. In Bill’s famous words ” F*ck It!”
There will be no calling hours or services at this time, Arrangements will be made when weather breaks. Prepare for a party at Mercer Ave!

    Sorry and sadness for: Judy, Kathy, Billy, Becky+ Family, Knowing and being close friend for 50yrs+ we were family to each other. Bill, I will miss you(a best friend) Love you buddy. Judy + family will always be our family, sorry for your loss Larry+ Christine Quirk.

      I was sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. I know he will be sadly missed. My prayers go out to all of you. May God’s strength get you through the days ahead and may memories of Bill always make you smile.
