CHURCHVILLE, NY: December 2nd 2022 at age 77. William is pre deceased by, his wife Janice Carr, father William Carr Sr, mother Betty Jane Carr, Brother Gary Carr, and his grandson Michael Phillips.
William is survived by his children Kimberly (David) Phillips, Rebecca (Les) Lamphier, and Holly McFadden; also survived by his brother Danny (Nancy) Carr, sister Bonnie Carr, lifelong friend Donny (Karen) Whiteside, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He retired from the United States Postal Service as a mechanic, and continued his love of being a mechanic working out of his local shop. William had a love for boating and was happiest at his home on Chaumont Bay, with his companion Sammy.
Thank you to everyone that has helped in the last year making him comfortable at home, and to Hildebrandt hospice care center for their compassion and making sure his last few days were pain free and comfortable.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday December 10th, 2022, at 2pm at the Mumford Fire Department.
