Our beloved William Dabolt passed away on December 31, 2014. We believe that Will would want a small and informal memorial service. Accordingly one will be held for his familiy at the home of his sister, Margaret Davis, on Friday January 9, 2015 at 2:00PM. Will was a pragmatist and would not want money spent on flowers. However the Peace Corp was important to him and donations to it in his name will be appreciated. They can be made by calling 855-855-1961 ext 2170.
Will is survived by his son William Jr., his wife Brenda and their daughters Jasmine and Audrey as well as great grandsons Michael and Julian in California, brothers; Edward(Mary) in Maryland, Thomas(Barbara) in North Carolina, Richard (Joyce) in South Carolina, Michael (Cindy) in Kentucky, and his sister Marge Davis and her husband Walt in New York brother-in-law Richard Livingston in Maryland as well as many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Margaret formerly of Kenmore, New York, brothers John and Larry and his sister Mary Livingston.
Will was always the life-of-the-party and was loved by all who knew him. He will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace.

My family and I first came to know the Dabolt family through our friendship with Mary & Dick Livingston and their sons, which began about 1970, at Paint Branch Church in Adelphi, MD. Then Ed and his children also became part of our extended family, and that friendship brought Willie into our lives.

Willie and I became instant comrades, sharing hours of conversation about everything under the sun, and we were also always able to share whatever difficulties we might be having. Willie was someone I could be honest with, and that gift will be sorely missed. My children and I have enjoyed his friendship for many years, so we will always honor our fond memories of him.
