Brighton NY: March 4, 2017. Arrived on earth January 2, 1929, born to wonderful parents, Joe & Fannie Fumia, in Rochester, NY. Raise and schooled in Rochester, went to Long Island, NY, worked for a bank returned to Rochester 6 Years later and worked for Bob Wegman as his Executive Secretary. Zena got tired of the cold and moved to Honolulu, HI in 1968, where she met her husband. Worked for a large finance company, was secretary to the Hawaiian Supervisor. Zena also took management courses and was promoted to Branch Manager. Zena was married to William on October 9, 1976. She retired in 1984 so to fully enjoy the sun and relax. Lived in an ocean front condo, developed a great tan and enjoyed life to the fullest. Visited Africa in 1991, saw a number of wild animals, had a great time, but never saw a mercat. Returned to Rochester in 1994 to take care of her parents.
Zena had a very good and fulfilling life. She wishes all a warm Aloha and thanks to many friends and family. Mahalo to all!
I miss Zena so very much, we were married for 40 years,5 months and 4 days, went together for 8 years prior to getting married. She was/is so much a part of my heart and soul, I miss her great sense of being able to understand me before I said anythingshe was smart and helped me so very much in our time together here on earth and I know she is in heaven with her loved one.
