John T. Schwalm passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love ones on July 31, 2020 at the age of 74. He survived by his loving wife Linda Schwalm, loving father of his children Melissa, Shawn, Ashley and Amber. Two surviving Son in laws Larry and Florencio. Grandchildren, Joey, Justin, Anthony, Jordan, Jonathan, Bryanna, Mia, Alea, Florencio and Aliana. Great grandchildren Sammy, Isabella, Jaelyn, Domencio and Ariella. Many other loving family members and friends.
John served during the Vietnam war as a special force recon marine, where he was one of the first paratroopers to land on foreign shores. He received various honors and medals for his service.
His Interment with Military Honors will be held Thursday, August 13th, 11AM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Please meet the family at the Lake Avenue Gate of the Cemetery at 10:50AM.

So sorry Linda ,just heard of John’s passing .I always loved My cousin John .We were really Close when we were kids growing up . So sad! John and I were the same age , I always enjoy it when they came to the country to see our Family here in Springwater . My prayers are with you and your family .
