Rochester, NY: July 30, 2020 at the age of 78. Peter is predeceased by his parents, Arduino Velletri and Isabel Velletri (Tagliavento). He is survived by his wife and love of his life, Marlene; his daughters Nicole Hastings and Shawn Velletri; brother Joseph Velletri and wife Faye; several grandchildren: Danielle Myers (John), Mark Gerringer (Dezirae), Gabrielle Cruz, Landon Lussier, Nicholas Cruz, Monty Velletri, five great grandchildren: Hailey Meyers, Mark & Brantley Gerringer, Luca Lussier, and Ezekiel Cruz, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his Aunt Minnie & Uncle Toby Nalley. Peter was a former employee of General Motors, Bausch & Lomb, and Venetian Marble. Peter enjoyed spending time with his family and beloved dog, Bella, as well as traveling to the Texas coast.
Peter’s Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, August 29th 12:00 PM at St. Jude Church, 4100 Lyell Rd, Rochester, NY 14606.
