Kevin and family, I am deeply saddened to have heard of Char’s passing yesterday. I have fond memories working with her at Concentrix. She was a mentor to me and many others. I was thankful to have learned so much from her. One thing with Char for sure was that she was tough as nails but always fair and straightforward. She was a great lady and will be sorely missed by many.

Kevin and Family, I was sad to hear the news of Char. Char had a great impact on my career at Concentrix. She taught me the ropes as a sales leader. Char always commanded respect and had the ability to motivate anyone she came in contact with. She would hold you to your goals but also showed great empathy and understanding if you asked her for advice. She guided many not only in the business but in life! She will be missed!

My condolences to Kevin and Char’s children and grandchildren. I worked with Char for many years at Concentrix. She was my supervisor and although I was a few years older than her, she was very motherly and kind to me. We became good friends and I’ll miss her. She was a mentor to all of us and helped us succeed in our job. She treated us fairly and with compassion. My prayers are with her.

I got to work with Char for about a year and I quickly learned what an amazing woman she was. She gave and commanded respect, she knew how to motivate you and show empathy at the same time. I could see her strength the moment I met her but also the huge heart that she had. She will be missed by many. I am so sorry for her loss and my heart goes out to her family!

My sincere condolences go out to Char’s Family and Friends. I, like some of my current and former colleagues that have spoken kind words above, echo the same sentiments. Char was great, no other way to put it, it was a privilege to work and learn from her for many years at Concentrix. She was truly one of my mentors when it came helping me advance in my career and I have no doubt I would not be where I am today in my career without some help from her. Just a fun memory I wanted to share and maybe put a smiles on some faces, when I was training to be a manager, I had to learn how they wanted us to do job interviews, so they wanted me to shadow Char doing an interview. So this gentleman comes in, seems like a decent candidate to me. I observe Char professionally go through the interview and engage in conversation with the guy, in my head I’m like for sure this guy got the job, after the interview Char pulls me into a room, rips up the guys resumes and says that guy was absolutely full of shit and tosses his resume in the trash, she goes now I’m going to teach you how to spot a bullshitter. Sorry for the foul language, but that story makes me smile every time I think about it. I am truly sorry to Char’s family about her loss, even though she will be missed here on earth, I hope and believe she truly is in a better place!

I worked for Char for a year and half and she and I both knew I was a horrible outbound caller, but she encouraged me and I just LOVED her! I moved on to another job before I had to leave Concentrix due to my own health problems, but she and I always hit it off. She had this grumpy but endearing sense of humor, and I could always get a smile out of her. I feel a real sense of loss and sadness hearing of her death. Be at peace, My Friend!

Char was my work partner for many years. We had a ball working together and I wouldn’t trade a moment of it for anything in the world. I can see her
now, sittingg at her computer typing with two fingers as quickly as ever to submit her reports and send emails out to her team to motivate them for the day. She was one of a kind, she loved what she did, and she made many people successful as a result of her own drive and desire to be successful. But not only did she love here job, she loved her family. I’ve never gone a day working with Char where I didn’t hear her brag about her family. Everyone of them. I’ll miss my friend and partner dearly but will always cherish the friendship we had and memories we made. My prayers are with the family as we look forward to the day when death will be no more and we will see Char again in the life to come. God bless you all.

Char was a positive, upbeat teacher and leader, with a fabulous sense of humor blended with dignity and compassion. Add to that her courage as she battled cancer, and she won the admiration of everyone in her circle of family, friends and co-workers. She made the world a better place. Everyone who got to know her had their lives enriched. “Zecher tov L’vrachah:” May be be remembered for good and for blessing. Her soul is bound up in the bond of eternal life. May she rest in peace, with the Lord as her inheritance.

First I want to express my condolences to the family who loved her, I would also like to say she was a teacher and a mother but in my eyes most of all she was an angel, there so many few people like her, who cared, she would always take the time to help you, I remember when for some odd reason we did not get our paychecks, for what ever reason. Char was the first person who came to me and gave me ten dollars , for lunch I didn’t even know her then, I thought OMG, needles to say our Managers( ED) found away to get our checks to us,( I gave it back to her) but to me it was someone who cared ,so from that day on I believe there are angels in this world and Char was one of them!!!

I am saddened about the loss of Charlene Englerth. In the years that I have known Char I have noticed she was the best wife/partner to my brother Kevin and a great mother to four daughters and and the best grandmother. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched. I wish the best to my brother and family going forward.
