Betty L. Carbaugh of Rochester, NY, passed away April 3, 2021, at the age of 98. She was preceded in death by her husband John Carbaugh, her father and mother John and Frieda Hale, brother Jack Hale, and nephew Thomas Hale. Surviving are a nephew and his wife Edward and Connie Hale of Strattanville, PA; a niece and her husband Betty Ann and Vincent Capricci of Everett, PA; and several great nieces and great nephews.
She will be interred beside her husband John in the St. John’s Cemetery in Mechanicsburg, PA.
