Rochester, NY: On Monday April 5, 2021 at age 62, after a lifelong battle with a devastating diagnosis of schizophrenia at the age of 19. Mary Lou was predeceased by her daughter and son-in-law, Jenelle (John) Oxford. She is survived by her daughter, Danielle (Eloy) Mata of WA; grandchildren; Cooper Oxford, Caden and Kingsley Mata of WA; twin-Sister, Mary Beth (Carl Mathis) Toombs of Rochester; brothers, Earl, Ron (Janet), Mark, Scott (Zina) Whitney; devoted friend, Kevin Trexler and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held 2:00 – 4:00pm on Sunday, April 11th at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626. Mary Lou’s Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, April 12th at 9:30AM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 3003 Dewey Ave., Rochester, NY 14616, followed by Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
