E. Rochester NY: April 11, 2021 at age 50. Neil is predeceased by his Mum, Mary McPheat Aspin. He is survived by his wife Janelle, daughter Heather and father Derek Aspin; his sister Janet Murray (Tad) and brother John Kier Aspin (Teresa), nieces Emily Morse (Britt), Ellie Aspin and nephew Matthew Stevens. Neil is also survived by Janelle’s parents Daniel and Carol Herzog and Richard and Laurie Peckham; Janelle’s siblings Kimberly Holmes (Derrick), Michele Calamusa (Chris), Jason Herzog (Jane) and Nathan Herzog (Elizabeth).
Neil was a dedicated employee of Ultra Tool and Manufacturing, Inc. for 22 years, always welcoming a challenging job.
Thank you to the doctors and nurses at Lipson Cancer Center and a special thank you to the visiting nurses from Lifetime Assistance. With their guidance and the support of family and friends, Neil was able to spend his remaining days at home where he passed peacefully.
Rest in peace. I only met Neil a few times through his brother Keir back in college, but he was always joyful and filled with laughter when we hung out together. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Much sympathy to the Aspins and extended family! Memories are what drive our emotions, our success and our love. My memory of Neil is filled with an energetic spark of a personality that emanated a powerful sense of independence, humor, creativity and fun. Remember all his good traits that will drive all of you forward and his children into happy successful adults.
