I was very saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. I was a teenage friend to Frank and remember him as extremely likeable, warm, and humorous. We had many laughs together, as you could not help but be in a good mood when Frank was around. My deepest sympathy goes to his family and friends, especially to his sisters, Alana and Diane, also friends from our wonderful Lewis Street, Davis Street, and Mount Carmel neighborhood.
