Job well done Mr. Mike
Mike ( Mr Stelljes) was one of my role models and a man I truly admired for all he was. As I reflect on the countless sleepovers at the Stelljes house and the road trips for our sports , Tgat Mr Stelljes bravely volunteered to accompany us on , I can only smile at the patience , the wisdom, the lessons, and the integrity for which I knew Mr Stelljes to be!
He was a man of great character, capability , and intent! Mike was someone you could always trust and he baked like the dickens!! I loved Mr Stelljes as a father to my best friend, Steven and Mike and Allyn , and a great husband to the incomparable Sally.
He was a true role model and I will carry fondest of memories about Mike near to me. Bless you Mr Stelljes and I know this, your soul will always remain shining!
Peace

Sally and family , I am so sorry for your loss. Mike was truly one of a kind. He was such a kind and caring person and always had a smile for me when I’d see him at Strong. I am grateful I had an opportunity to know him.
To the Stelljes family,
I’m so sorry for the loss of Mr. Stelljes. I spent many days with your family on Dohrcrest Drive, and my heart goes out to all of you. I remember him swimming in your pool in the summers, his huge vegetable garden, and how I thought he knew magic when he got a garage door opener and it magically opened! My thoughts are with all of you.
I met Mike when I started working at Roger’s School in 1977. He was an awesome teacher and a great friend. How fortunate I was to get to call Sally a friend too! They were true role models for young people. I know Mike had a wonderful life with Sally and family. I pray that the many memories of happy times with Mike make the days ahead a little easier for all. Hugs Sally and family!
