Anthony P. Zicari (Uncle Tony)
Rochester , New York
April 6 , 2024 at at the age of 97
Anthony is predeceased by his parents, Charles and Anna Zicari, his brother and sisters. Also, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Anthony was a very hard worker from the age of 16, holding many different jobs and finally retiring from Delco in 1984 after 32 years.
He loved playing the organ for family and friends, gardening and going to the casino.
He was a man that was always there for anyone in need. He loved people and loved talking for hours about his life and the early years.
He was the patriarch of our family and will be greatly missed.
Services will be held for Uncle Tony on Saturday May 4, 2024 at 12:00 at Ascension Garden Cemetery at 1900 Pinnacle Road in Henrietta NY, 14467. Please meet at the chapel which is located in the mausoleum for a prayer service. Burial to follow.
Many condolences to the entire family at the passing of ‘Uncle’ Tony. Don’t you know that the angels that went before him were there (at heaven’s gates) to welcome him with happiness and open arms. Thoughts and prayers, along with God’s Comfort, Love, and Strength to you all today and in the days ahead.
