Elaine Navarra (Mimi), 85, passed away peacefully April 16, 2024 after a long illness. Mimi was married to the love of her life, Jerry, for 53 years and was never the same after his passing.
Mimi is survived by her son Mark and his wife Mary Beth, daughter Patty and husband Tom, son Jerry and his wife Michelle. Also survived by her three grandchildren—Rebecca Rose, Jennifer, Nicholas and his wife Laura and her brother Matthew.
Mimi brought joy and laughter to all who were lucky enough to share in her life, even in her final days. Mimi will be greatly missed.
So very true that a was never the same without Jerry by her side! We are so happy that she is finally with him once again! We loved her as our friend and neighbor. She was trooper and will be greatly missed by all in our neighborhood. May your memories bring you comfort.
So very true, she was never the same after Jerry left us. They are together again, for which we know that she is so grateful. No more pain or suffering, just eternal joy! Elaine was a cousin by marriage but my wonderful ‘Best’ friend. We will miss our many weekly phone calls and her guidance plus our dinners and impromptu adventures. She is suffering no more and together with Jerry playing endless games of Rumicube.
