Fey, Dr. Curt F.
Rochester: Dr. Curt F. Fey, 89, died on March 13, 2017 at Strong Hospital after a long hospitalization. Born in Berlin, Germany on May 19, 1927, he grew up in Switzerland before moving to the US to attend Haverford College (BS honors), University of Pennsylvania (PhD), and University of Rochester (MBA) and becoming a CFA and a CFP. He moved to Rochester in 1970 and worked at Xerox on R&D strategy until 2002. In 2002 he started his true love a small investment-advising company which he retired from in July, 2016. Dr. Fey, who enjoyed hiking, politics, and vegetarian food, is survived by his wife of 54 years Marion Fey and his son Carl Fey (married to Natalia Fey) of Helsinki, Finland and their children Erik and Mark Fey.
