Paula passed peacefully April 23, 2017. Predeceased by her Parents Joseph and Josephine Ricotta Sr., her brother Joseph Ricotta Jr. . Survived by her sisters Grace Hayes and Patricia Reibstein. Her Neices and Nephews Rod (YoYo) Hayes, Donna(Jack) Koester, Sandie Zeiner, Craig (Cheryl) Hayes, Diane Hayes, Celine (Michael) Karcher, Michelle (Billy) Murphy, Zachary Reibstein, Brian (Melissa) Ricotta, Kevin Ricotta. Great Neices and Nephews, Jennifer, Brian, Elizabeth, Courtney, Renee, Nadine, Travis, Megan, Matthew, Melanie, Taylor, Coty, Kayleigh, Samantha. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday April 30, 2017 at Trinity Episcopal Church 3450 West Ridge Rd at 1 pm. Paula requested a Pasta dinner and party at Michelle and Billys home immediately following service. Aunt Paula was a very unique person. She had more talent in her pinky than most will have in a lifetime. She had a tough, spunky personality, but if she loved you, she would give you the shirt off her back even when she barely had much. Always the center of the gatherings with her creativity, from arts & crafts, painting, to playing various instruments. She told dirty jokes, played a mean game of poker, sang songs with us all, dressed us up like dolls, took beautiful pictures. She saw the beauty in so many things. She loved her Italian heritage & Italian food. I can’t express how certain songs, certain smells, certain images will always remind me of her. My family visits will never feel the same without her. I hope she knew in life, how much she was/is loved. I will miss her eternally. Until we meet again, xoxo your great niece.
