Phil Scott

Phil Scott left this world   quietly on the morning of 8/24/2017.  Phil was predeceased by his Mother (Pearl), Father Ingram, and Sister (Lynor).  He is survived by his loving friend and partner William Letky and kitties.   He is survived by his Sister Pamela (Scott) Keller and her husband Nat and his second Mother Betty Jean Staffieri.  He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews that meant so much to him.

Phil was a long time employee of Owens Illinois (Brockport, NY) until they closed.  Phil retired from Valeo (Rochester, NY).

The Family would like thank the caring staff at the Leo Center for Caring and VNS.  In lieu of flowers please contribute the Leo Center for Caring in Phil’s memory.  There will be a Funeral Mass Celebrating Phil’s  life at Saint Jude’s Church on September 16,2017 at 10:00AM 4100 Lyell Road Rochester 14606.  A memorial gathering is planned after the mass.

    Phil worked for us for a few years. He was always thorough, pleasant and insightful in his work. He was a great asset to us and a wonderful person. We depended on his wise counsel and terrific attitude. He will be missed.
