Dear Mom,
You were welcomed into the afterlife by Dad, who passed 11 years ago & most recently by your son, Jere on November 2, 2017. It breaks my heart to lose both of you at this time!
I cherish all the good times & fun we had together. The beautiful home you kept in Wolcott for 44 years, your 60 plus year marriage to my handsome Dad, H. Edwin McQueen, & your total devotion to Jere & I!
Love & miss all of you!
Daughter & Sister,
Susan McQueen Hodson

Dear Susan It is with great sadness that I have learned about the death of your Mom, my cousin. She was just the greatest lady – so very good to my mother when she was so sick. She certainly was a very wonderful mom to both you and Jere. I can remember all the fun we had when you and Jere were younger and I use to stay with you while your folks went bowling. It has been many years since then. I last saw her when Gale passed away in 2009 and Verne went and got her and brought her to the graveside services and the dinner afterwards in South Butler. Memories are a treasure. She is now at rest and in Peace. God Bless you. Love JoAnn Van Vleck Noble,
