Penfield, NY: Sean William Sullivan was born in Rochester, NY on July 28th, 1967. He was the second oldest of five siblings and the father of three children. It is with the deepest sorrow that we share with friends and family the news of his unexpected passing on December 30th, 2017 at the age of 50. He is survived by his daughter Sarah Sullivan, his sons Riley Sullivan and Aidan Sullivan, his siblings Michael (Andrea) Sullivan, Tammy Brown, Loren (Tamara) Locke, Scott (Kiyah) Locke, his father Mike Locke, his loving and devoted girlfriend Patricia Kearns, the mother of his three children, Renee Sullivan, and many dear aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his loving mother, Maureen Locke (Case).
Sean was a gregarious man with a personality larger than life and will be greatly missed by all.
A Memorial Service will be held in his honor for friends and family on Saturday, January 6th at 10:30 am at The Sacred Heart Cathedral, located at 296 Flower City Park, Rochester NY 14615.
If you would like to send flowers, please have deliveries sent directly to the cathedral prior to the service, or in lieu of flowers, consider a donation to the CYO Basketball League. All who knew Sean, know his greatest passion was basketball. He was very proud of the time he spent volunteering as a coach and helped many young men improve their game.

Pattie,
Sending big hugs to you at this difficult time. Sean was lucky enough to have you to bring a ray of sunshine and hope to him these last few years. Please remember these gifts when you think of him.
I am truly sorry for your loss sending prayers to your loved ones and your family…
Sean had a big, kind, heart of gold and we all loved him and will miss him very much. We know that he loved his family and children more than anything and that they meant the world to him. Sean always tried to be the better person and overlook the short-comings of others. He would always help those less fortunate and continued to try to be the best person he could be. Sending prayers and love to all his family and loved ones, may we all remember the brightness of Sean’s smile and warm, contagious laugh to bring us some comfort.
So very sorry Patti. We love you and we are here for you if you need anything at all. Please call. what a shock. Hugs and kisses
