James my oldest brother,
No more pain for you just the pain in all of our hearts that you had to go so soon. I will miss you very much.
All my love,
Your only sister Debi
Our hearts are heavy with sadness, but we know that you are no longer suffering. This is not goodbye. We will see you on the other side. Our days will be filled with loving memories of you and times we had with you. Rest In Peace our dear brother, we love you forever. 💝💝💝💝
RIP Jim, so many years and so many memories…I treasure them all. You will not be forgotten, because lifelong real friends live forever in our hearts…
Jim and family, In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, when asked what success is, he replied ” To laugh often and much; To win respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friend; To appreciate beauty; To find the best in others; To leave the world a bit better; ….To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived; This is to have succeeded.” Rest easy our friend.
Jim and Lonnie, I have so many wonderful memories I don’t know where to begin. The first place Curt took me too when we were dating was your house on Mc Naughton street. I remember how you made us tapes from your stereo on Winger! We still have that tape you made us. I’ll neber forget it. And the time you came to my parents house to swim and you got so sunburned. We had so much fun. All the times Curt and I slept over in the blow up mattress! I remember how much you loved baked goods and I will treasure my last memory of you when I brought over cut out cookies and dark chocolate brownies and how much you loved them. We love you so much. Seth is so happy he was able to spend some time with you and Curt and I see signs from you everywhere. Mostly on the radio when we here “Madeleine”, which has been every time we get in the car. Message received! We love you and we rejoice that you are no longer in pain, you are a beautiful angel in heaven looking after your beautiful wife and family. We love you. Love and prayers to your family as we are holding them in our hearts every day.
Cathy
Many condolences to Jim’s wife, Lonnie and family. As a former co-worker of Jim’s, I will always have fond memories of him. I found him to be a kind and caring man. Never did he let a day go by without making sure he said “Good Morning ” to me.
Occasionally, in between the busyness of work, we would chat about our somewhat similar neck problems, and which neurologist we went to, and how living with pain everyday affects your life and work so much. He was a sympathetic ear to me.
Another memory of Jim were the times the coffee pot was empty and when he was finished making some, he would call me at my desk and say, “Coffees On!”. He always signed papers and electronic emails with “Best Regards, Jim”.
He was an ” Old Soul” type of person. I’m so sorry for your loss and I hope your memories of him will always keep him alive in spirit. God Bless.
