Paul has been a wonderful friend for 21 years. He was a mainstay of a Saturday morning breakfast group when I first met him and, as people moved or passed away, the group became Paul and I together – still a great way to kick off the weekend! “The Monsignor” will be greatly missed.
Paul was a wonderful friend to my mother-in-law before she passed away last October. I met him on numerous occasions at her house as he worked in the yard and did laundry and was a very good friend. He will be missed!
Paul Sackett was a Trusted, loyal friend of my mother, Lydia Shriver, who predeceased him by months. He stood by her in good times and bad, and. helped in ways he could. The Rochester community is poorer with his passing.
Paul Sackett was a beloved member of the congregation at Christ Church Rochester. A memorial service for Paul will be held at Christ Church Rochester on Thursday August 16th at 12:05 pm, Noon Eucharist Service. All are invited. The address of Christ Church is 141 East Avenue, Rochester NY, 14604.
