Leatrice “Lea” Joy Waid (“Nana,” “Meem,” “Gram”), 79, of Greece, New York passed June 22, 2018. Survived by her children Scott (Elaine) Waid and Pamela (Jan) Carmichael; grandchildren Jennifer (Raymond Dry) Palumbo, Michael (Gina Guerra) Palumbo, and Colin Carr; great granddaughter Adrionna Palumbo; former husband and dear friend Ward (Mabel Cimino) Waid; brother Ed (Shirley) Taylor; sister Delma James; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Doyle and Mary (Nider) Taylor; sisters Dolores Taylor and Carol Fry; brothers Charles and John; brothers-in-law Elliott James and Kenneth Fry; sister-in-law Nancy Taylor; and her dear companion William Saurini.
