On November 6th, 2018, loving husband and father, M. Anthony “Tony” Reynolds passed away at the age of 74 in Rochester, NY. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kathy, his two children, Laura (Jeremy) Reynolds-Gorsuch and Frank (Cara) Reynolds, his sister, Sarah (Peter) Terry, and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father, Frank Reynolds, his mother, Dolores Reynolds, his brother, Frank Reynolds, and sister, Jean Reynolds.
Tony was born on January 28th, 1944 in Elmira NY. Tony graduated from Lawrence Academy in 1962, an alma mater he would share with his daughter. He married Kathy Wise on May 9th, 1970. Tony worked in radio and television advertising for many years in York, PA and Elmira, NY. His voice could regularly be heard in local tv advertisements. Tony will be remembered fondly by his family and friends for his sense of humor and his love of music. He passed his love of music on to his children. He played bass guitar as does his son, Frank. One of Tony’s happiest times was managing his son’s band, The Monarcs named as a tribute to Tony’s band, The Monarchs.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Highland Hospital (ICU, 7E, and the hospice and palliative care teams). There will be a private family gathering and scattering of ashes at a later date.

To the Reynolds family,
Tony lived on Ohio and we were on the corner of Water Street and Ohio. I also knew him from Papa Dale’s where we spent many happy evenings together. As I recall he once auditioned for Jeopardy and made it to the finals.
