Rochester, NY: Steven passed away on March 23, 2019 at age 64.
Steven is predeceased by his parent Carl Bailey and Elsie Bailey, brothers Kenny and David Bailey. He is survived by his loving wife Rene Bailey, step daughter Denise Marciano (Moshe) and grand children, Charles Marciano and Michael Marciano.
Steven was born and raised in Rome NY, attended Rome Free Academy and Alfred State where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he then moved to Rochester NY and began his career at Kodak.
To who ever will read this. I attend Alfred State and roomed in the same suite as Steve. We had plenty of great times together. I am so sorry to here that is no longer with us. Not sure what made me think of him today but I am glad to have known him. James Farney Croghan New York
